Hello, I am Brigitta a person-centred and ACT therapist. I believe that each person has the potential to grow and develop in their own unique way, and my role as a therapist is to create a safe, supportive space for my clients to explore their inner experiences and discover their own path to healing and growth. I incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques to complement the PCT approach, helping clients develop mindfulness and commit to actions that align with their values.
About me and my practice
As a person-centred and ACT therapist, I focus on the individual needs and experiences of my clients, believing in their potential to grow, change, and achieve their goals. My role is to support and empower you as you navigate life's challenges and opportunities.
I prioritise creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can comfortably share your thoughts and feelings. I listen actively and empathetically to understand your perspective and experiences.
Incorporating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques, I help you develop mindfulness and commit to actions that align with your values. Together, we identify your goals, explore obstacles, and tailor the therapy to your unique needs, fostering self-awareness, growth, and healing.
Experience
I can help with a wide range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, low self-esteem, grief, addiction, stress and sexual abuse.
